1.The oil in the gear box of the electric chain hoist from the beginning of operation up to 500 hours to check whether the lubrication is sufficient, and then every three months to regularly check the lubricant situation, insufficient to require refuelling (LS electric chain hoist gear box above the ring for the refuelling holes, the lower part of the screws for the oil release holes, the side of the hole for the full position).
2. Outdoor use of electric chain hoist, should be set up rain facilities.
3.Keep the electric chain hoist parts dry, please drive the electric chain hoist away from the wet area, high temperature area or chemical area when operation is finished to maintain its performance and prolong the service life of the electric chain hoist.
4.When you don't use the electric chain hoist for a long time, you should do the rust prevention treatment and clean maintenance, and run up and down for 1-3 minutes to maintain its performance.
