What should be paid attention to when using MD electric hoist?
MD type electric hoist has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, small size, easy operation, etc. It can be installed separately on electric single beam, double beam, cantilever, gantry and other cranes. In delicate work occasions, when the lifting speed of the CD-type electric hoist cannot meet the requirements, the MD double-speed electric hoist should be selected. Pay attention to the following issues when using MD electric hoist:
1. The MD electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person. The operator should understand the performance of the hoist and be familiar with the safe operation procedures.
2. The limiter is a safety device installed to prevent the hook from rising or falling beyond the limit position, and cannot be used as a travel switch often.
3. It is not allowed to suspend the load in the air for a long time to prevent deformation of the machine parts and other accidents.
4. After the work is completed, the hook should be raised to a height of 2m above the ground, and the main power supply should be cut off.
5. Do not lift by tilting, so as not to damage the guide rope device, and it shall not be overloaded.
6. Check the electric hoist regularly and lubricate it according to the usage.
7. If heavy slipping is found during braking when the heavy object is falling (it can't stop), you don't need to panic. At this time, you can't power off and stop. You should keep pressing the "Descent" button to make the heavy object fall to the ground at the normal speed. Then check the wire rope electric hoist.
