What are the operating conditions for electric hoist bridge cranes?
The bridge crane is composed of four main parts: bridge frame, cart, trolley and electric. It uses fixed wire rope electric hoist as the lifting mechanism. It is suitable for general hoisting and loading and unloading operations in places such as manufacturing workshops, warehouses, material yards, hydropower station maintenance and assembly. The operating conditions of electric hoist bridge crane are as follows:
1. The main circuit of the crane electrical system operated in the cab, and the control circuit voltage is 380V, 50HZ, and the main circuit of the crane electrical series operated on the ground is 380V, 50HZ. The series of ground-operated lifting appliances control the same circuit voltage as 380V, 50HZ.
2. The altitude is below 2000 meters.
3. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -25℃.
4. The power grid fluctuates within ±10%.
5. The relative temperature does not exceed 85%.
6. Where there is protection against rain, snow and no steam.
