1) Check whether the nuts, cotter pins and positioning plates on the brake are complete and loose, the lever and spring are free of cracks, and the pin bolts (composition: head and screw) on the brake wheel and the buffer washer are loose and complete ; Whether the brake is reliable. When the brake is opened, the opening of the brake pads should be less than 1.0mm and the distance between the two sides of the brake wheel should be equal, and each shaft pin must not be stuck.
2) Check whether the safety protection switch and limit switch are accurately positioned and work flexibly and reliably, especially whether the rising limit is reliable.
3) Check whether the wire rope (consisting of steel wire, rope core and grease) on the reel and pulley is normally wound, and whether it has grooving, stringing, knotting, twisting, etc. (The part and the screw) are tight, and there is a double nut anti-loosening device. Wire rope electric hoist belongs to special lifting equipment, and has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size, strong generality of parts, and convenient operation. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use in the environment that is not allowed, and under the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times).
4) Check whether the fastening screws on the coupling cover of the lifting Coupling are loose or short. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use in the environment that is not allowed, and under the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times). For the first installation or reassembly of a wire rope electric hoist, the no-load operation should be performed first, but make sure that the components are installed and not powered. Before normal use, a static load test at 125% of the rated load and a lifting distance of about 100 mm from the ground should be performed for 10 minutes and checked for normality.
5) Check whether the transmission of each organization is normal and whether there is abnormal noise.
6) Check whether the lubrication condition of all lubricating parts is good.
7) Inspect the track for foreign objects that hinder the operation of the bridge crane.
