The safety points of wire rope hoist
The wire rope hoist is a kind of lifting tool with simple structure, which can be installed on the crane and gantry crane. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation and convenient use. Safety points of wire rope hoist:
1. The electric hoist that is newly installed or installed after disassembly and inspection should first be tested for several times with empty vehicles, but before the installation is completed, do not power on the test.
2. The electric hoist must be operated by a special person, with a certificate, and the operator should fully grasp the safe operation regulations and strictly abide by the relevant regulations.
3. Before normal use, a static load test should be carried out at 125% of the rated load, about 100 mm above the ground, for 10 minutes, and check whether it is normal.
4. Carefully check the equipment's mechanical, electrical, wire rope, hook, stopper, etc. before starting to see if it is intact and reliable.
5. Do not overload or over-lift. Before lifting, do not hold your hands between the rope and the object. When the suspended object rises, prevent it from hitting the top.
6. When lifting objects, it is strictly forbidden to overweight and stand under the objects, and the binding should be firm. The edges and corners of the objects should be protected by padding.
7. It is forbidden to take people on the lifting objects, and never use the electric hoist as the lifting mechanism of the elevator to carry people.
8. Please move the hoist to the top of the object and then lift it. Do not lift it at an angle. Lifting objects and hooks cannot be lifted when they are swinging.
9. When the monorail electric hoist is turning on the track or approaching the end of the track, it must run at a reduced speed.
10. During installation, debugging and maintenance, the limit device must be strictly checked whether it is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm. When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety circle of the wire rope on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety circle must be more than 2 circles.
