You need to remove the rubber dust cover of the rear end bearing and hit the motor shaft a few times; if the motor power phase is missing, you need to check the power supply and electrical circuit. The use of chain hoist failure three: motor temperature is too high

Fourth use of chain hoist: Safety clutch slips at 1.25 times rated load
If the safety clutch slips when the safety clutch is at 1.25 times the rated load, the friction torque of the safety clutch is too small.
