Teach you how to troubleshoot the use of the chain hoist
The chain hoist is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, efficient and convenient, and brakes, gathering the advantages of many types of electric hoist. However, even the best equipment may fail. The following is a detailed troubleshooting method for everyone, come and learn.
The failure of the chain hoist one: the sliding distance of heavy objects is too large
If the chain hoist is in use, the phenomenon that the heavy object slides too far away occurs. It is possible that the friction surface of the brake is stained with oil. Just remove the back cover of the motor and wipe off the oil on the friction surface; of course, it may also be that the friction surface of the brake is too worn and the motor movement is too large. The solution is Remove the back cover of the motor, and adjust the shim and the amount of motor rotor shaft movement. The motor pressure spring may also be damaged. Replace the pressure spring to eliminate the fault. If the motor conical brake ring is damaged, then the brake needs to be replaced directly.
The second failure of the chain hoist: the motor does not rotate
If the chain hoist is in use, the motor will not turn. It may be that the motor has not been used for a long time, and the brake cannot be opened. You need to remove the rubber dust cover of the rear end bearing and hit the motor shaft a few times; if the motor power phase is missing, you need to check the power supply and electrical circuit. If the voltage is lower than the rated voltage, the motor will not rotate. At this time, it is necessary to wait for the stable voltage to be restored. In addition, there may be corrosion of the brake wheel and the rear cover friction plate. This requires removing the rear cover and cleaning the braking surface. .
The use of chain hoist failure three: motor temperature is too high
If the temperature of the chain hoist is too high, it may be overloaded or work too frequently. At this time, it is necessary to work according to the rated load and the working level of the mechanism; there may also be failure of the lubricant or too little lubricant. The solution is simple. Change Oil or refueling is sufficient; it may also be that the brake is not adjusted properly and there is friction between the brake wheel and the brake; readjusting the brake can solve this problem.
Fourth use of chain hoist: Safety clutch slips at 1.25 times rated load
If the safety clutch slips when the safety clutch is at 1.25 times the rated load, the friction torque of the safety clutch is too small. You can right-hand adjust the nut or screw on the safety clutch to increase the positive pressure on the friction plate to solve the failure; there may also be a safety clutch Damaged, you need to replace parts at this time.
The troubleshooting method of the chain hoist has been introduced, and I hope it will be helpful to everyone. In fact, during the use of the electric hoist, faults are discovered early and eliminated, which greatly delays the service life of the equipment.
