Talking about the judging criteria for the main parts of electric chain hoist
There are many main parts of electric chain hoist, and there are also some wearing parts in use, so how can it be regarded as reaching the scrap standard? Each component is different, as follows:
Hook: the wear of the section exceeds 10% of the nominal size; cracks; plastic deformation of the dangerous section or neck; the size of the hook is increased by more than 15% of the nominal size; the torsional deformation exceeds 10°.
Lifting chain: chain link diameter wear exceeds 10% of the nominal size; 11 link pitch elongation exceeds 3%, single link pitch elongation exceeds 5%; cracks or other harmful defects.
Gear: tooth thickness wear exceeds 10% of the nominal size; cracks; broken teeth.
The friction lining wear exceeds 25% of the nominal size.
The size of the groove of the sprocket wears increased, exceeding 10% of the nominal size.
The ratchet, pawl and spring are severely worn or corroded.
The gap between the shaft and the bearing has increased, exceeding 15% of the nominal size.
