Among various hoisting machinery, electric single-beam cranes, electric hoist bridge cranes, electric hoist gantry cranes, etc. all use electric hoists as the lifting organization of the hoisting machinery. In addition to the walking organization of large and small vehicles and the main force and components, electric hoist as a lifting organization has simple problems.
1. The contactor simply has adhesion and failure problems.
Second, the conical brake and the motor rotor brake shaft are simply distorted and cracked.
There will be repeated jog operations during the lifting and lowering of the electric hoist. The cone brake will frequently open and close, and the brake will be repeatedly subjected to the starting torque and braking torque, and fatigue and cracking will simply occur. After the brake shaft is cracked, the braking torque cannot be transmitted to the drum, and the heavy objects lifted by the hoisting machinery with the electric hoist as the lifting organization will fall under the effect of gravity.
3. When the lifting height limiter of the hoisting machinery fails or the lifting contactor in the control electrical cabinet is stuck or jammed, the lifting organization will run upwards and cause over-lifting, and the hook group will hit the reel and cause the reel to deform . The reel is connected to the output shaft of the reducer through gear meshing, and the output shaft of the reducer simply cracks under the effect of impact. If the reel is only replaced during the repair process, the output shaft of the reducer is not checked and the operation is resumed. Cracking of the output shaft of the reducer will cause the heavy object to slide down.
Fourth, it is the failure or damage of the safety protection devices of the hoisting machinery, such as the failure of the lifting height limiter, the damage of the lifting weight limiter, the failure of the travel limiter of the cart travel organization, etc.
