1. Before use, the operator must pass the workshop safety officer training, and the operation can only be carried out after passing the examination. In addition, the lifting point is installed firmly, hooks, anti-drop pieces, links, flashlights, wire ropes, wire rope clamps and other protective devices, etc., after the proof is intact, then start the operation. Before lifting the heavy object, try the chain hoist. If there is no abnormal condition, you can proceed to the next step.
2. When the chain hoist is used, it should not be overloaded. When lifting, it is not allowed to stand or walk. It is necessary to strictly abide by the safe operation rules for lifting and lifting, and it is strictly forbidden to flammable and explosive materials and corrosive articles. The lifting chain should be suspended vertically. The inclination should be such that the angle between the chain and the vertical line is not more than 15°. If it is a double-row chain, it should not be turned and twisted. When the chain is found to be severely rusted, severely worn, and the plastic elongation of the chain is 5%, it cannot be used any more and the chain should be replaced. If there is abnormality such as abnormal sound, speed change, and control failure during work, stop using it immediately.
3. After use, immediately cut off the power supply of the chain hoist and unplug the plug. When not working, place the stirring motor part on the support frame to avoid being in the hoisting state for a long time. In order to maintain the performance of the equipment, it should be checked frequently to see if the link, chain, motor and other parts are abnormal. In addition, the equipment should be placed in a dry, clean environment to prevent the body from getting wet and rusting.
