1. Before using the electric hoist, check the safety and technical status of vulnerable parts such as hooks, wire ropes, and reducers.
2. When using the electric hoist, it is forbidden for idlers to enter the hoisting dangerous area and assign special personnel to look after it.
3. When the electric hoist is hoisted, the items placed or bundled must be standardized and meet the requirements of the hoisting regulations.
4. Lifting operations are prohibited when the brakes and safety devices fail, the hook nut anti-loosening device is damaged, and the wire rope damage reaches the scrap standard.
5. Lifting operations are not allowed when the hanging objects are tied up, the hanging is not firm or unbalanced and may slide, and the edges and corners of the hanging objects are not lined with the wire rope.
6. Do not carry out lifting operations when the site, the situation of the hanging objects and the command signal cannot be seen clearly.
7. Hanging objects, hanging baskets, slings and cables must be suspended in the air during work stoppage or rest.
8. When lifting machinery is working, it is not allowed to inspect and repair lifting machinery, and it is not allowed to adjust the brake of the lifting mechanism under load.
9. When lowering the hanging objects, it is strictly forbidden to fall freely and stop using the limit position limiter.
