Precautions for use of single beam bridge crane

(1) Each crane must be marked with a rated lifting capacity in a conspicuous place.
(2) During work, no one is allowed on the bridge or carried by hooks.
(3) Do not drive the crane without a license and drinking.
(4) The operation must be focused, not allowed to talk, smoke or do irrelevant things.
(5) The vehicle must be clean; no equipment, tools, flammables, explosives and dangerous goods are allowed to be scattered.
(6) Single-girder bridge cranes are not allowed to be overloaded.
(7) Lifting is not allowed in the following cases: insecure binding; overload of the machine; unknown signal; cable stay; objects buried or frozen in the ground; someone on the suspended object; And dangerous goods; overfilled liquid goods; wire rope does not meet the requirements for safe use; the lifting mechanism is defective.
(8) When the crane is running on the line without obstacles, the hook or spreader and the bottom of the lifting object must be more than 2m above the ground. If you cross an obstacle, you must exceed the obstacle by 0.5m.
(9) When lifting less than 50% of the rated lifting weight, two mechanisms are allowed to move simultaneously; when lifting more than 50% of the rated lifting weight, only one mechanism can be used.
(10) For bridge cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks at the same time.
