Precautions for the use of mobile jib cranes
Matters needing attention in daily use of mobile cantilever crane:
1. When the mobile cantilever crane moves to a fixed position, the position needs to be locked to avoid displacement.
2. It is forbidden to stand within the radius of rotation of the cantilever crane and under the cantilever.
3. When lifting a heavy object, it must be in a vertical position.
4. Before hoisting, please make sure that the hoisting weight does not exceed the rated hoisting weight of the cantilever crane.
5. When lifting heavy objects by cantilever, the assembler needs to support the heavy objects, maintain balance and avoid collisions.
6. Do not hover heavy objects in the air for too long, more than 10 minutes, lower the weight to the ground or a position 150-200mm away from the ground, and then wait, and do not keep the weight hanging for a long time;
7. When operating a mobile jib crane, you need to be attentive, especially during the moving process, to avoid touching other equipment and products;
8. After using the cantilever crane, the spreader must be placed neatly, the cantilever hook head is vertical, and the height of 500mm is maintained with the ground.
9. The mobile cantilever crane needs to be powered off after the operation is completed, so as to avoid misoperation and cause unnecessary losses.
