Operating rules for fixed column jib crane
1 Overload lifting is prohibited.
2 When working, it is strictly forbidden to stand when lifting.
3 It is forbidden to drag heavy objects (that is, do not press the enter and horizontal movement buttons when the weight is not off the ground)
4 When the machine is used outdoors, reliable rainproof measures should be installed.
5 The working temperature of this machine is -25℃—+40℃, and the humidity is ≤85%.
6 It is forbidden to lift molten metal, toxic, flammable, and explosive materials.
7 Before use, check whether the connection parts are firmly connected, whether the assembly meets the requirements, whether the power supply meets the requirements, whether the circuit is correct, whether the brake and limit device are sensitive and reliable, whether the rope guide is smooth, whether the running trolley is off-track, and the wheels Whether the tread is in good contact with the guide rail, etc., once the problem is found, it should be corrected in time. 8 Operators must undergo on-the-job training and be certified.
9 Those who have one of the following conditions should not operate:
(1) Overload or unclear object weight, diagonal pull, oblique hanging objects, etc.
(2) The electric hoist has defects or damages that affect safe work, such as failure of the brake and stopper, damage to the hook nut and anti-loosening device, and the damage of the wire rope to meet the scrap standard.
(3) The binding and hanging are not firm or unbalanced and may slide. There is no liner between the corners of the weight and the steel wire rope.
(4) The work site is dim and it is impossible to see the site and the suspended objects clearly.
10 Do not use the stopper to stop, and do not adjust the brake, inspect and repair when lifting heavy objects. 11 When a heavy object is close to or reaches the rated load, it should be hoisted at a small height and short stroke first and then lifted at a small height. 12 The wire rope on the drum must retain more than 3 safety loops.
13 Do not disassemble the safety device of the electric hoist.
14 If there is abnormal noise during use, follow the procedure of stopping first, checking later, and driving after troubleshooting.
