Brake adjustment method:
Adjusting the brake must be carried out without unloading.
(1) Remove the brake cover.
(2) In order to adjust the amount of movement in the range of 0.6 to 1.5 mm, the adjustment shim is relatively reduced (the adjustment shim is 0.5 mm) based on the measured value. When adjusting the gaskets, ensure that the number of upper and lower gaskets are absolutely equal, and pay attention to remove the dirt between the gaskets.
(3) Check the amount of axial movement; measure the distance between the shaft end of the motor and the end cover, that is, the difference between the measured dimensions of the end surface of the electric shaft and the end surface of the end cover at the motor braking position and working position should be 0.6~1.5mm Within range. If the measured movement is close to 3mm, the brake must be adjusted.
(4) Use four inner corner nuts to tighten the rear end cap evenly.
(5) After the adjustment is completed, perform another inspection to make the movement amount between 0.6~1.5mm.
