1. Frequently check the temperature of the motor housing and bearing parts of the single beam crane, the noise and vibration of the motor for abnormal phenomena.

2. When the crane is frequently started, the cooling capacity of the ventilation is reduced due to the low speed, and the current is large, and the temperature rise of the motor will increase quickly. It should be noted that the temperature rise of the motor cannot exceed the upper limit specified in the manual. Adjust the brake according to the requirements of the motor manual.

3. When the crane is not used very frequently and the sealing condition and use environment are good, the lubricant in the crane gearbox needs to be replaced every six months
