1. When checking the lubricating oil, cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock; wait for the reducer to cool; open the oil drain plug and remove the oil sample; check the viscosity index of the oil. If the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible; Reducer, check oil level, whether it is qualified, install oil level screw plug.
2. When the gantry crane checks the oil level, it is also necessary to cut off the power to prevent electric shock; wait for the reducer to cool; remove the oil level plug to check whether the oil is full; install the oil level plug.
3. Replace the lubricant. After cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. The reducer should be changed at the operating temperature; cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock, wait for the reducer to cool down and there is no danger of burning. The gantry crane needs to pay attention to: the reducer should still keep warm when changing oil, put an oil pan under the oil drain plug, open the oil level plug, ventilator and oil drain plug, remove all the oil after loading Put the oil plug on top, and inject new oil of the same brand. The oil quantity should be consistent with the installation position. Then check the oil level at the oil level plug, and tighten the oil level plug and ventilator.
