The heavy objects lifted by the electric hoist are generally heavier, and the risk of falling objects from high altitude is extremely high, especially when the heavy objects fall from high altitude, such as hitting a person, it will cause irreversible situations. It is strictly forbidden to walk over your head.
In addition, the lifting object must be firmly tied at the center of gravity. When hoisting and walking, the height of the suspended object should be more than 0.5 meters higher than the ground equipment and other objects. The height of the heavy object should not exceed 1.5 meters from the ground. It is strictly forbidden to pass the heavy object over the person's head.
The wire rope of the electric hoist shall be wound neatly on the drum. When the hook is placed in a low position, the wire rope on the drum shall not be less than three times. If abnormal odor or high temperature occurs during the operation of the electric hoist, it should be shut down immediately for inspection, and it can be used after troubleshooting. When using a suspension cable electrical control switch, the insulation should be good, the sliding should be free, there should be a 2m open space behind the person's standing position and the button should be operated correctly. In the case of lifting, when a heavy object falls out of control due to a malfunction, emergency measures must be taken to lower the heavy object to no one.
Electric hoist is strictly prohibited to operate two or more electric hoists at the same time. Do not descend rapidly during lifting. The speed should be uniform, sudden braking and change of direction are forbidden, and the falling should be gently placed at low speed to prevent tipping. The operator should take the initiative to avoid dangerous locations and prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the work area. During work breaks, heavy objects shall not be suspended in the air and shall be kept on safe ground.
