How to use explosion-proof electric hoist to be safe?
In comparison, the use environment of explosion-proof electric hoist is even harsher, and we are more afraid of safety accidents in use of explosion-proof electric hoist. So how to use explosion-proof electric hoist to be safer?
1. During use, it is forbidden to use it in an environment that is not allowed or exceed the rated load.
2. Before normal use, carry out a dynamic load test of rated load and 10% over rated load, repeat the lifting, and check whether the transmission mechanism, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable.
3. Over rated characters and 25% static load test, the lifted load is about 100mm from the ground. Leave it in the air for 10 minutes and check whether it is normal after removing the load.
4. Every newly installed electric hoist should first be idling several times.
5. Check the explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof limit switch, explosion-proof button switch. When the explosion-proof enclosure must be disassembled, first cut off the main power supply and disassemble carefully.
6. Tilt lifting and use as horizontal drag tools are not allowed, and buried objects are not allowed to be lifted.
7. The explosion-proof electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person, and the operator should master the relevant explosion-proof safety operation regulations.
8. The limiter is a safety device to prevent accidents when the hook rises and falls beyond the limit position, so the limiter cannot be used as a switch.
9. After the work is completed, the main switch of the power supply must be opened to cut off the main power supply.
10. The explosion-proof surface should be strictly protected during disassembly to prevent collisions, which may cause scars on the explosion-proof surface and cause explosion transmission. When the explosion-proof enclosure is cracked and ventilated, and the explosion-proof surface is damaged, it shall be scrapped. When installing the explosion-proof enclosure, each bolt must be tightened and loosened strictly.
11. Each mechanism should move smoothly, the hooks should not shake, the braking is reliable, and the braking slippage should meet the relevant requirements.
12. The steel wire rope used at room temperature shall be lubricated at least once a week. Use appropriate tools to spread the grease evenly on the steel wire rope. When the temperature reaches the bottom in winter, the grease must be heated.
13. Check whether the wire rope is bent, knotted, whether the rope is protruding or too twisted, whether there are signs of twisting on the surface, whether the strands and individual wire ropes are broken, whether the end of the rope is firm, whether the wire rope is clean, and whether the lubricant is sufficient.
14. Ensure that the explosion-proof electric hoist has enough lubricating oil to ensure that the lubricating oil is clean and free of impurities and dirt.
15. During use, if any fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.
