How to install the electric chain hoist on the traverse track?
Electric chain hoist is a kind of lifting equipment that is smaller and lighter than wire rope electric hoist. It is widely used in factories, mines, storage and other production sites. When the electric chain hoist needs to work on the traverse track, it needs to be connected with a trolley. The method of installing the trolley on the traverse track is as follows:
1. Slide the trolley with electric chain hoist on the beam track from the end of the track. This is a more convenient and recommended method.
2. If the connecting piece cannot be installed by sliding it from the end of the rail, install it according to the steps shown in the figure.
(1) Remove the tumbler from hole A of the suspension shaft and insert it into hole B. Reinsert and bend fully.
(2) Pull the side plates S and G outward, lift the trolley until the track wheels are at the same level with the track surface, and place the track wheels of the side plate G on the track surface.
(3) Reliably support the side plate G to prevent it from falling off the track, push the side plate S hard, and place its track wheels on the track surface.
(4) Remove the tumbler from hole B, insert it into hole A, and be sure to bend the split pin.
