How to check and maintain the lubricating oil of the gantry crane?
1. When checking the lubricating oil, block the power supply to avoid electric shock; wait for the reducer to cool; open the oil screw plug and take out the oil sample; check the viscosity index of the oil. If the oil is significantly turbid, it is recommended to replace it quickly; for the plug with oil level reducer, check the oil level, if it is qualified, install the oil level plug.
2. When the gantry crane checks the oil level, it also needs to block the power supply to avoid electric shock; wait for the reducer to cool down; remove the oil level plug to check whether the oil is full; install the oil level plug.
3. Replace the lubricant. After cooling, the viscosity of the oil is added, making it difficult to drain the oil. The reducer should be replaced with oil at the operating temperature; block the power supply to avoid electric shock, and wait for the reducer to cool down without the risk of burning.
Gantry crane needs attention: the gearbox should still be insulated when changing oil, put an oil pan under the drain plug, open the oil level screw plug, aerator and drain plug, and then remove all oil.
Put the oil plug on the oil and fill it with new oil of the same grade. The amount of oil should be the same as the orientation of the device. Then check the oil level of the oil level plug and tighten the oil level plug and ventilator.
