How to change the chain of electric chain hoist
step:
Step 1: Hang the whole gourd on the beam, take out the notched chain flower, and hang it on the lead chain (chain on the gourd body);
Step 2: The prepared chain has no hook end and hangs it on the notched chain flower. This step should ensure that all the welding points of the chain are in a straight line;
The third step: power on, start the electric hoist, first try to clarify the up and down direction of the hoist;
Step 4: Run the electric hoist smoothly, pass the chain through the body of the electric hoist, and leave an appropriate margin (about 30-50 cm);
Step 5: Remove the lead chain, remove the notched chain flower, insert the limit spring, and fix the chain locking block;
Step 6: Start the electric hoist and run to the required height.
