Explain the steps of using manual hydraulic pallet truck
The manual hydraulic pallet truck is the most commonly used handling tool in factories, warehouses, and workshops because of its simple shape and powerful functions. The manual hydraulic pallet truck, also known as the ground cow, is a compact, convenient, flexible, heavy-loading, and durable cargo handling tool. The use steps of manual hydraulic pallet trucks include four steps: crushing, pulling cargo, unloading and running empty.
Suppress: Push the control handle to the down position and press the direction handle to suppress the manual hydraulic forklift. The weight of the forklift must not exceed the weight limit of the manual hydraulic forklift.
Pull cargo: After suppressing the cargo off the ground, turn the control handle to the middle position to drag the cargo. Do not run while pulling the cargo, and you need to move slowly.
Pressure relief: After pulling the cargo to the destination, turn the controllable handle to the point of unloading the manual hydraulic forklift until the cargo hits the ground.
Empty vehicle operation: When the vehicle is empty, the manual hydraulic forklift should be properly raised to prevent the front wheel support frame from touching the ground and causing wear.
