Does the electric hoist need to be disassembled and washed during installation?
The rated lifting capacity of the electric hoist is generally 0.1-100T, which is generally the source of the whole machine after assembly and trial operation. Generally, do not disassemble and wash during installation. The specific methods are as follows:
1. Unpacking inspection: Check whether the factory technical data of the equipment is complete, and then whether the spare parts are matched and complete. Check whether the equipment is bruised, the steel wire ropes in the reel should be arranged neatly and should not be in contact with the shell, and the rotating parts should be moved by hand, and there should be no jamming, looseness or abnormal noise.
2. Prepare before hoisting, scrub the oil stains on the body, and add lubricating oil. According to the equipment delivery technical documents, check whether the I-beam model is compatible with the equipment. Disassemble the small wheel on the other side of the walking motor.
3. Hoisting and adjustment. Tie up the machine body with steel wire ropes, and pad the binding place with flexible materials such as rags or rubber sheets to avoid scratching the machine body. Use a 3-5t chain hoist to hang on the I-beam to hoist the machine body. If the hoisting is not in place, other steel beams can be padded on the I-beam to increase the hoisting point, or the hoisting machine can be hoisted with a car hoist or tripod. After it is in place, install the small wheel on the other side of the motor, and adjust the gap between the inner side of the wheel flange of the electric hoist and the flange of the I-steel track according to the specification, which should be 3-5mm.
