Check before using gantry crane
Before running the gantry crane, the following checks need to be carried out: the electrical system, safety interlock, brake, controller, lighting and signal system are installed in compliance with the requirements; the fixing of the steel wire rope and its correct winding on the hook, pulley block and drum , Reliable; The performance, specifications and quantity of grease added by each lubrication point and reducer conform to the provisions of the technical documents; rotating the brake wheels of each operating mechanism should make the wheel rotate one revolution without obstruction.
The general steps of the inspection work are as follows:
1. When using the crane for the first time, first open the reducer vent cap to ensure good ventilation to reduce internal pressure.
2. Before working, check whether the height of the lubricating oil surface of the reducer meets the requirements. If it is lower than the normal oil surface, the same type of lubricating oil should be added in time. The bearings of each wheel of the running gear are filled with sufficient grease (calcium-based grease) during assembly, and do not need to be lubricated daily. The grease can be replenished through the oil injection hole or the bearing cover every two months. Dismantle, clean and replace the grease once.
3. Apply grease once a week to the meshing of each open gear of the industrial crane. It should be noted that: the operating environment refers to whether the access road around the operating site is smooth and whether the soil is hard? Is the rooting point of the hoisting pulley of the hoisting machine reliable and reliable? Are there sufficient conditions for indoor hoisting? Are the height, width, and width of the hoisting equipment plant controlled? Is the pressure and tensile strength of the rooting site reliable and sturdy? Is there any space or obstacles in the scene space? Is there anyone around the lifting object?
