1. Reasons for KBK track torsion
(1) The transmission parts produce wear gaps. If the gear of the gear coupling and the gear of the reducer and their coupling keys are loose, the gap between the connecting bolt of the transmission shaft and the hole is worn.
(2) The wheel coupling key is loose.
(3) A wheel does not rotate well. Because the shim plate fixing the wheel bearing seat is not correct, the bearing clamping is not flexible, so the wheel stops first when parking.
(4) The braking torques of the brakes on both sides of the KBK rails driven by the two are not consistent. When stopping, one brake wheel has stopped and the other continues to rotate.
(5) The parameters of the two motors of the KBK track driven separately are not matched, resulting in unsynchronization.
2. Influence
(1) Deform the bridge. At the same time, the bridge frame leads one side and lags the other side, but at the moment of rebound, the leading side lags, and the lagging side leads. This oscillates back and forth, causing plastic deformation or cracking at the connection between the bridge and the beam.
(2) Parts of the acceleration transmission are worn. Due to the torsion of the car body, the wheels on both sides rotate accordingly, so that the transmission components of the car body are subjected to repeated repeated impacts, and the wear of the combined parts such as gears and keys is accelerated.
