Basic requirements for electric hoist painting and appearance
Painting the electric hoist and spraying the appearance of the electric hoist is to make the overall look of the electric hoist more beautiful, and the outer shell also protects the internal parts. When painting the appearance of the electric hoist, there are certain basic requirements in order to ensure the quality.
Before leaving the factory, the electric hoist must be painted with a primer and then a top coat (at least 2 times). The thickness of each paint film after drying is not less than 25μm. The total thickness of the paint film layer is not less than 75μm. The paint should be uniform, bright, consistent in color, and no exposed paint. Anti-rust measures should be taken for exposed processed surfaces that are not painted or plated. The paint film adhesion of the layer is checked by the cross-cut method (knife edge spacing is 2mm). A small amount of flake peeling is allowed at the intersection of the cut and the peeling area should not exceed 5%.
