Analyze the three factors of electric hoist motor burning
Electric hoist is used in industrial and mining enterprises, storage docks, etc. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation and convenient use. The electric hoist may cause the motor to burn out during use, which is mainly caused by the following three factors:
Factor 1: The hoist can choose equipment with different performances according to different usage environments, such as dust-proof places where explosion-proof hoists are needed, and damp and corrosive places need to use waterproof electric hoists. Of course, the electric hoist motors with different performances are also very different, but no matter what kind of motor, the reasons that cause easy burnout are basically the same, the main reasons are: overload, short circuit, defects, brooming, etc.
Factor two: small size and large power factor: With the continuous progress of technology, the size of the motor is getting smaller and smaller, but the power is getting larger and larger, which leads to a smaller thermal capacity of the motor and a weaker load capacity.
Frequent working factors: Due to the improvement of the level of automation, it is more frequent to start running in the work, brake load, and the protection device of the motor is more stringent. Even so, the motor is more likely to be damaged.
