The manual hydraulic pallet truck is a small-volume hydraulic device, small in body, light in weight, able to work in narrow passages and fully loaded for elevators. Manual hydraulic pallet trucks are mainly used in places where horizontal handling is required and places are crowded. Because of their compact body, flexible movement, light weight and good environmental performance, they are widely used in factories and warehouses that require horizontal handling. The rigid requirements of manual hydraulic pallet trucks are as follows:
1. The safety valve of the truck needs to be calibrated according to the specified load.
2. The calibration height must be near the load just off the ground.
3. It is strictly prohibited for untrained non-professionals to repair and debug the safety valve.
4. It is strictly prohibited to repair and debug the safety valve on the slope.
5. When adjusting the safety valve, the operator's hands or feet are not allowed to be placed under the weight or fork.
