The CD1 type electric hoist adopts a cone-rotor motor. The standard motor insulation grade is B-grade insulation, and the protection grade is IP44. It can also be made into F and H-grade insulation according to the working conditions, with IP54 and IP55 protection grades. The motor has the characteristics of good heat dissipation, long service life, safety and reliability, and can be suitable for long-term work in high-intensity work situations. When the motor is at ±10% of the rated voltage, the electric hoist will start and brake normally under the rated load. The rated working cycle period is 10min, the reference connection duration rate is 15% per hour, and the equivalent number of starts is 90 times.
The lifting reducer is the core component of the electric hoist: the box body and the box cover are made of gray iron HT200 with good seismic performance; they are processed and manufactured on a special boring machine after aging treatment. When assembling the reducer, high-quality rubber sealing ring is used, which is pressed by the mating surface to effectively prevent oil leakage. High and medium speed gears and gear shafts are made of low-carbon alloy steel 20CrMnTi by die forging, which are processed by turning, hobbing, carburizing and quenching, and grinding. The depth of the carburized layer is 0.8-1.2mm, and the quenching hardness is 58-62HR, which meets the requirements of hard tooth surface. The final gear and gear shaft are 40Cr die-forging forming, which is processed by turning, hobbing, quenching and tempering, and grinding. , The heat treatment hardness is 245-269HB, reaching the standard of large carrying capacity and high transmission torque.
